The Shwedagon Pagoda in Yangon
Shwedagon Temple is one of Myanmar’s top tourist attractions. The height of this giant golden structure reaches 99 meters and the outer surface of it is covered with 60 tons of gold. There are 76-carat diamonds on top of this temple. Inside the temple, there are many pavilions and pagodas. Do not forget to take off your shoes to enter this temple.
The Temples of Bagan
There are over 10,000 temples and shrines in the Bagan area, dating back to the 11th and 13th centuries. The Bagan Temples are undoubtedly one of the most beautiful tourist attractions in Myanmar. This ancient city is on the banks of the Ayeyarwady River and the Mandali region. Bagan is a dry and desert region and has coconut-like minarets and cones.
Inle Lake
It is the largest lake in Myanmar and another top tourist attraction in Burma. Various activities, including boating around the floating market and visiting temples and monasteries, are one of the most memorable experiences in this area. You can also see Inta locals using a unique style of rowing with their boats (single-leg rowing).
Mandalay Royal Palace
The most famous mansion in Myanmar is the Mandalay Palace. This exquisite palace dates back to the British colonial era. This royal palace is in the center of Mandalay city and is protected by a giant moat. The length of each side of this ditch is over 2 km. Watching the length and sunset from the top of the wall of this palace will be the most enjoyable experience of your life.

Shwenandaw Monastery
Shwenandaw Monastery is a historic Buddhist monastery in Mandalay. This important building, known as the Golden Palace, is located in central Myanmar. Once the building was covered with gold, but today more gold is inside. The exterior was covered with teak-decorated carvings representing Buddhist mythology. Decorated carvings from other materials, such as stone can be found throughout the structure.
