Gorilla Tracking Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park:
This 3-day Gorilla trek safari takes us to the misty Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, home to more than half the population of the remaining 720 Mountain Gorillas. The Bwindi impenetrable forest offers a unique birding opportunity, a cultural experience a scenic allure of stunning hills and lush vegetation inhabited by elusive primates. The Gorilla trek activity is the most enchanting experience in this forest. You will have the experience of a lifetime watching at close range.

(Oasis Safaris’ representative will pick you up from your hotel within Kampala/Entebbe at exactly 07:00 am and drives you in about 12 hours to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest in Uganda. This safari tour takes three days.)

You will, after breakfast, settle for an 8-9-hour drive to Bwindi impenetrable forest National park in the southwestern part of the country. You will have a stopover at the Equator, where you will have an opportunity to stand in two hemispheres simultaneously and take some photos. You will make another stopover for lunch en-route before continuing with your journey to Bwindi arriving in the evening dinner and overnight will be at Broad Bill Forest Camp.

Upon rising, enjoy breakfast and later report to the park head office at 07:00 Am for a pre-trekking briefing on the code of conduct while tracking for magnificent creatures. This lasts between 2-7 hours to locate the giant, have an hour with them and after this encounter, return to the starting point for a certificate of participation before driving to your lodge.

Wake up early in the morning, have breakfast, end your stay in the lodge, and depart with great memories of the moments spent with fascinating mountain Gorillas. Transfer to Lake Bunyonyi; this lake is said to be one of the most beautiful places in western Uganda. It is the second deepest lake in Africa (900meters Deep) and one of the few places in the country where it is considered safe to swim as it is bilharzia free. Take a canoe on this lake before Entebbe with lunch en route, then proceed to Entebbe airport, where you will catch your flight back home.
