The journey begins at 7.00 a.m. And drives to Lion Rock, Sigiriya bares the eight-world wonder a man created stoned complete kingdom on the top of an isolated rock with amazing carvings, paintings as well as an unbelievable archeologically planned entire mansion complexion built in the 5th century.

The driver picks you up at 6:00 in the morning from your residence in Kandy and drives straight to knuckles valley via Hulugaga road. Begin the trekking in the morning to Knuckles, while reaching the peak you will pass tea estates, waterfalls, panoramic scenarios, pigmy rain, and cloudy forest.

You are picked up at 8.00 a.m. from the hotel in Kandy and drive straightway to “Ambuluwawa”, which is a green hilly area, rich in biodiversity. At the top of the mountain, there is a man-made viewpoint tower with a height of 48 meters approximately and provides a 360-degree view.
The next stop is Macwoods tea factory, where you will be briefed about the entire tea-making process and sample the different varieties according to their taste and quality. You can purchase fresh tea products from the factory outlet too.

Drive to Bentota and in the evening you will enjoy a boat safari along the Madhu River, and get some natural fish therapy for total relaxation. When it comes to birds, Cormorants and Kingfishers are a common sight. The Madu River is very rich in biodiversity. It passes through the wet zone of Sri Lanka opening up into the large Madu Lagoon on its way to the Indian Ocean.
After a well-deserved evening of relaxation and potentially a bit of local exploring, enjoy one last Sri Lankan breakfast before your departure. In the morning, one of our representatives will drop you at the airport according to your flight departure time.
