The Kurşunlu Monastery is a Byzantine constellation complex located in a wooded area on the outskirts of the Dilek Peninsula National Park, 12 kilometers from the districts of Kuşadas and Davutlar, with a beautiful overlooking view at a height of 600 meters.
It is dedicated to the Virgin Mary, as evidenced by the Greeks' naming it "Panagia Kurunniatissa." Kurşunlu, which literally means "leaded one," is thought to have derived from the lead that covered the structure. This Byzantine structure is thought to have been in use until the nineteenth century.
Zeus Cave
In the summer heat, the cave provides a nice cold area to cool off. You can dive into the turquoise water, which is roughly 5°C (41°F) even in the summer if you are daring enough.
