Day 1: Arrival in Tribhuwan International Airport, Kathmandu and Pre-trip meeting.

After arriving in Kathmandu, a representative from Relax Getaways will pick you up from the airport and take you to your hotel. In the afternoon, you may take a rest or visit Luxury Holidays Nepal’s office. In the evening, we host a pre-trip meeting at your hotel in Kathmandu and introduce your tour guide. Please seek this opportunity to ask questions about your trip. This includes a final briefing and preparations for the trip.

Day 2: A full day guided sightseeing tour of Kathmandu valley.

After breakfast, your sightseeing trip will start. You will have a private vehicle and a professional tour guide for your sightseeing tour. You will visit the following sites.
Swyambunath Stupa - The Monkey Temple (World Heritage Site): You can watch over the valley from the top of a hillock on its western side. Swyambhu is also known as Samhengu and the Monkey temple because of the countless monkeys living on the premises.
Pashupatinath Temple (World Heritage Site): Pashupatinath Temple is one of the holiest Hindu temples in Nepal. It is located on the banks of Bagmati River on the eastern outskirts of Kathmandu. Pashupatinath is the most important temple dedicated to the god Shiva.
Boudhanath Stupa: Boudhanath Stupa is 2500 years old Buddhist stupa in the Valley built in the 5th century with four pairs of eyes of Lord Buddha in four cardinal directions keeping an eternal watch over the people and their doings. You will find Buddhist pilgrims from Tibet going round the stupa spinning the prayer wheels.
Patan Durbar Square (World Heritage Site): Patan Durbar Square - is located in the center of the city Lalitpur. It displays the Newari architecture that had reached its pinnacle during the reign of Malla kings who were great builders and patrons of the arts.
The rest of your time is free for further exploration and some shopping nearby your hotel.

Day 3: Drive to Chitwan from Kathmandu: 160 km/ 5-6 hours drive

Early morning after breakfast drive to Chitwan. On reaching Chitwan you will be greeted by the hotel representative will hand you the full schedule of the activities that you will be doing throughout your stay in Chitwan.
Activities in Chitwan include Lunch followed by a tour of Tharu village and the park visitor center. - Sunset view from Rapti River, dinner & cultural program. Overnight at Chitwan.

Day 4: Full Day Jungle Activities in Chitwan National Park.

This day will be filled with different types of jungle and non-jungle activities, in other words, it’s a day to have fun and to learn and observe new things.
Activities in Chitwan include Canoeing & jungle walk or a visit to the elephant breeding center. Lunch is followed by a jeep safari with evening entertainment. Overnight at Chitwan.

Day 5: Drive to Pokhara from Chitwan: 150 km/3-4 hours drive

After breakfast, leave Chitwan for Pokhara (known as The Lake City owing to a large number of lakes in the city). The road first passes through the subtropical jungles and fertile vegetation in Chitwan. As you leave Chitwan, the landscape changes. You will see hills, small settlements, and terraced farms. Upon your arrival in Pokhara, the beautiful lake city, you are rewarded with magnificent views of the Himalayas, including Dhaulagiri (8,167m), Manaslu (8,156m), Machhapuchhre (6,993m), the five peaks of Annapurna and others. Check in to the hotel and take a rest. You may also stroll in the streets of Pokhara and just enjoy being in one of the most beautiful cities of Nepal.

Day 6: A guided sightseeing tour of Pokhara valley.

Breakfast at the hotel. You will have a private vehicle and a professional tour guide at your disposal. The places you visit are as below:
Bindhabasini Temple: Lies in the center of the religious old bazaar. It is dedicated to Goddess Bhagwati, yet another manifestation of Shakti. The park grounds offer a fine picnic and relaxing area.
Davis fall: Locally known as Patale Chango and in the southern flank of the Pokhara valley is where the stream flowing from Fewa Lake collapses and surges down the rock into a deep gorge, leaping through several potholes. This is hugely popular with tourists and locals alike.
Gupteshwor Cave: The revered Gupteshwor Cave is situated 2 km from Pokhara airport. The entrance is right across from Devi’s fall and the cave is almost 3 km long. It has some big hall-sized rooms and some passages where you have to crawl on all four. This cave holds special value to Hindus since a phallic symbol of Lord Shiva is preserved here in the condition it was discovered.
Phewa Lake and Barahi Temple: Situated at an altitude of 800m above sea level, it is the second-largest lake in the kingdom. With the Barahi Island Temple in the middle of the lake, it is the most important religious monument in Pokhara. Built almost in the middle of Phewa Lake, this two-storied pagoda is dedicated to the female force Shakti. The reflection of Mt. Machhapuchhare and Annapurna can be seen in its serene water. A thick forest lies on the adjoining southern slopes of the lake.
Seti River Gorges: Carved by Seti-Gandaki is one of the natural wonders of Pokhara. K.I. Singh bridge at Bagar, Mahendrapool & Prithivi highway Bridge near bus park, provides a perfect view of the river’s dreadful rush and the deep gorge made by the turbulent flow of white water.

Day 7: Drive to Kathmandu from Pokhara: 200 km/ 5-6 hours drive

After breakfast, drive back to Kathmandu from Pokhara. This will be a journey along the river banks with wonderful views of hills and the rural Nepalese lifestyle. After reaching Kathmandu, take a rest or do some souvenir shopping. To celebrate the successful completion of our journey, you will have a farewell dinner in the evening.

Day 8: Departure day: transfer to the Tribhuwan International Airport for your departure.

After a few days of fun and excitement, the day to bid farewell has arrived. Our representatives will escort you to the Tribhuwan International Airport as per your flight time.
