Fez, one of the famous cities of the Moroccan Empire, is the second largest city in Morocco after Casablanca. Fez was a former capital, cultural and economic hub of Morocco , which is today the most visited entertainment destination in the country. Enjoying a unique atmosphere, Fes, with its historic surroundings, takes you back to the Middle Ages. “If Aphrodite gets cold most of the year at home in Cyprus, Fez should be the goddess’s playground,” said American journalist Rockel Sepda. It is home to the world’s oldest university, Al-Qarawiyin University, and one of the best-preserved ancient cities in the Middle East and North Africa, Fess al-Bali.
